Many women arrive at this work feeling disconnected from their body — sensing that something deeper is there, but unsure how to access or trust it.
The body carries far more than physical sensation. It stores lived experience, protective patterns, and the nervous system responses that shape how we move through the world.
This work gently restores communication between the body, emotions, and mind — allowing patterns held within the system to begin shifting through awareness rather than force.
Through guided body awareness, subtle movement exploration, and energy balancing, working directly with the body’s natural intelligence. As the body moves, adjusts, and responds, it often reveals where it has been compensating, protecting, or holding tension for years. When those patterns are recognized, the system can begin reorganizing toward greater balance and ease.
Each session invites a deeper relationship with your body’s signals and responses — creating space for clarity, grounding, and authentic alignment to emerge.
Whether you are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, physical tension, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this process helps bring your internal systems back into conversation.
All sessions are conducted online and are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

About Lya
For many people, the body has been speaking for years — through tension, fatigue, emotion, or subtle signals — without a clear way to understand what it is trying to communicate.
My work centers on helping people reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies and develop a deeper awareness of the patterns shaping how they move through life.
Over the years I’ve studied and worked across several disciplines including movement, nervous system awareness, coaching, and energy-based practices. These experiences led me to develop what I now call Integrative Body & Energy Balancing™, an approach that brings together multiple perspectives to support greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.
Rather than focusing on fixing people, my work focuses on restoring communication between the mind, emotions, body, and the deeper sense of self.
When people begin listening to their internal signals with curiosity and awareness, they often discover that many of the answers they’ve been searching for are already present within them.
Through workshops, conversations, and collaborative projects, I explore ways we can better understand ourselves and navigate life with greater presence and intention.

"Awaken"
Energy Clearing
Awaken is a focused energy session designed to support a specific emotional or energetic concern.
Using Reiki, Emotion Code® or Body Code™, this session helps identify and release stored stress or energetic imbalances that may be affecting how you feel. As these patterns shift, many people experience a sense of relief, clarity, or renewed awareness.
Sessions unfold gently based on what your system is ready to release in the moment, creating space for greater balance and flow.
"Align"
Belief Alignment
Align focuses on identifying and shifting limiting or outdated belief patterns that may be influencing how you experience yourself and your life.
Using the Belief Code®, this session works with subconscious patterns while gently incorporating body awareness to support integration and coherence.
As beliefs begin to shift, many people notice greater clarity, emotional ease, and alignment between their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
This session is especially helpful if you notice repeating patterns, internal blocks, or experiences that seem to keep resurfacing.
"Act"
Integrative Sessions
Act is integrative sessions designed to support deeper, lasting change across the body, nervous system, and energy field.
These sessions combine body awareness, functional movement exploration, emotional and belief clearing, and energetic integration to help your system reorganize toward greater balance and stability.
As awareness and alignment deepen, many people begin to experience new patterns of movement, clarity, and confidence emerging in daily life.
ACT is offered as a 6-session package to support meaningful integration over time.
I am so pleased to be able to provide this testimonial for Lya. I have been a client of Lya’s for the past three (3) years. Initially we focused on my physical health and proper body mechanics however it quickly became apparent to Lya that my mind and emotions were impeding improvement in my physical health. So, during our time together we have been looking at my health from a very holistic perspective.
At times, a few of her methods may seem unconventional compared to other treatments or exercises but boy do they give you results! Lya is not against other treatments, (massage, physiotherapy, and accupuncture, for examples) and where she feels they would benefit you, she will recommend them.
Lya’s practice is grounded in the natural sciences and also incorporates energy management approaches. She uses evidence-based techniques and is great at explaining the background behind her process. She also uses visual props so that her clients can understand how the body moves and functions as a whole.
